# Add Google Analytics Tracking Code

 * I added the tracking code in settings / insert headers and footers. But after
   5 minutes, I double check the code in the back-end code and it wasn’t inserted.
   How long do I have to wait?
 * Is “settings / insert headers and footers” the right place to insert the tracking
   code or is it DIVI?
 * Please help me!

 * You can insert that code directly into the header or footer file or you can use
   a plugin if that makes this easier.
