Add html and PHP code into the dashboard without using

    I know the function wp_add_dashboard_widget, but isn’t what I need.
    I want to add a PHP and HTML code to the index.php, not as widgets.

    It will help if we know what your goal is. Can what you are trying to do be accomplished by attaching a function to an admin action hook? Need more info.
