# Add Media Error [ HTTP ERROR ]

 * Hello,
    When i trying to add media from my computer (for example image), i see“
   crunching..” and: `HTTP ERROR`
 * I tried with internet explorer, best browser ever made Firefox and Safari browser.
   I see same error message all of them.
    How can i solve this problem? Thanks a

 * I don’t have a solution, but I will second this… I have exactly the same problem,
   except on only one of the sites that I maintain…
 * Using WP 2.5.1, double checked all the permissions, etc.
 * Any insight here would be great.

 * I checked all the permissions again, and again. But i didn’t solve this problem.
   Some of my friends have the same problem.
    I need help. Any idea?

 * Try deactivating the “Bad Behavior” plugin…i had the exact same problem and this
   fixed it right up. Just don’t ask me how it works. (-=

   one that worked for me.

 * Be aware that you host might forbid this function is htaccess. If so, try this
   solution, it worked for me:
