 * Hi. Great plugin – thanks! I see you haven’t been on here for a couple of months
   so do hope you are able to see this and reply.
 * I need to include the stock_status field in the export.
 * I hacked the code to include it, thought I had done it correctly and it does 
   indeed now include a checkbox for the stock status field on the template and 
   does export it.
 * HOWEVER, the SKU field is no longer included! I guess that there is some sort
   of count or restriction as to number of fields to export? Couldn’t find it though
   🙁
 * I’m using it with WooCommerce v2.04

 * OK, After working for hours on this I finally cracked it!
 * I added the key and the array at the end of all the other fields and that worked!
 * Previously I had entered them just after the SKU field
