add music…?

alright so my client wants (is adamant) her music to autoplay like it did on her old site. I know this a bad idea for so many reasons, and have listed them all out to her. Again, she is adamant that it must have this functionality-

Hence, what I am looking for is a way to play the music once someone lands on the site, but not have it stop or re-start every time they navigate to a new page.

Any help on how to do this or possibly what plugin to use would be greatly appreciated-
