Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Can you please let me know are there any JS errors in the browser’s console area regarding any secure connection or request-response?
Also, displaying the templates may also get blocked if there is a firewall plugin is installed. The firewall/security plugin may block some requests to our server and can cause these types of issues.
I hope this helps.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello @gianni5
Thank you for getting back to us!
Usually, these types of errors come due to the following reasons.
Can you please let me know that are you using any security plugin? If yes then can you please try disabling it once.
Also, if you have installed the SSL on your site and not forced the WordPress to use the SSL then you can use the really simple plugin to force the URL of your website.
If you are facing the issue then I suggest you to open a support request from here: https://cartflows.com/support/open-a-ticket/
Please let me know how it goes.
