Add options like “Events”

I would like to have an option “devices” and “corners” like “events” where every user can make a request to reserve a certain device/corner.
Is there a possibility to do this? The various “devices” and “corners” should then be added to the “event page”. An admin must also be able to accept or reject requests for this, as is now possible with “events”.

Anyone had an idea how to do this? I am a regular php user.
