Add S3Bubble as provider

    A very simple, very inexpensive way to host videos, they are essentially a OVP “front end” for Amazon S3 & Cloudfront.

    They create the Thumbnail as save it “next to” the video and have WordPress Shortcode support.

    The thumbnail is visible upon iFrame load but does not pass the Debug test.
