add script based on multiple tags

Hi, I want to add a script to a post based on multiple tags. So say for example I want to add a script only to posts that are tagged “level 3” AND “spanish” – as in a post must have both of those tags together in order to display this script; I don’t want to display the script if the post only has the “level 3” tag. Is there a way I can do that?
