 * Hi guys, i love this plugin.
    I’m a newbie, even if i use wordpress from a long
   time.
 * I just want edit a little bit the default form.
    I need this fields:
 * Title (as default)
    Name Email Contacts (text area like description) Description(
   as default) YourPhoto (as defautl)
 * Can you help me? i read the notes, but i can’t understand where edit files (i’m
   not a programmer).
 * Thx for help!
 * Edit: one last thing..i need also a “confirm” after success upload..even a redirect
   to a specific url is ok..now it just redirect to homepage, and i don’t like it,
   i don’t know how to change it..

 * Hey guys,
 * Currently it’s hard for non-programmers to customize handling of the form. This
   is going to be easier in the next version.
 * You can easily customize the form itself by following instructions in readme,
   but saving of the form’s fields will require some php knowledge.
