 * The design of our website foresees besides your plugin another way for users 
   to create tickets at another place. Is there a way to wire fields of custom forms
   with your plugin and create a ticket via code?

 * It is not possible to import emails with specific criteria. Email piping will
   import all the emails from inbox for creating ticket/reply.
