The Add Topic button on the Forum page is completely missing, so I {admin} and others are totally unable to post. Please fix this bug, or advise me how to fix it. I don’t know if the Forum would still be there if I deactivate UM, but even if it is, I wouldn’t be able to use it. This is an intermittent problem, so I don’t think it’s the plugins. Is there a way to to tell if that’s what it is?
