# Add Tracking

   The “Shipment Tracking” block does not appear in my WooCommerce orders,
   even though it is checked in the screen options.My configuration :• AST version:
   3.9.1• WooCommerce : up to date• Hosting : O2switch• Security plugin : SecuPress(
   recently updated)• HPOS : disabledWhat I already tried :• Deactivated/reactivated
   AST• Saved permalinks• Deactivated SecuPress• Checked browser console (no errors)
   The block is checked in screen options but simply does not appear anywhere on
   the order page.Thank you for your help.

 * Thank you for reaching out.
 * Since the “Shipment Tracking” meta box is enabled in screen options but still
   not visible, this is usually caused by a conflict with the theme or another plugin
   affecting the WooCommerce order edit layout.
 * Please try the following quick checks:
    - Temporarily switch to a default theme (like Storefront)
    - Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and AST
    - Then check if the tracking box appears
 * If it works after that, you can re-enable plugins one by one to find the conflict.
 * Let us know your findings so we can assist you further.
