# Add user problem

 * i have a network with 2 wordpress website on negix server, and when i try to 
   register or add user true admin panel i get this error message:
 * wordpress network Usernames can only contain lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers.

 * Do you get this error every single time you try to add a new user, and you follow
   the rules of only using numbers and characters?

   the same error, any other idea ?

 * Would you like the option to remove the validation?
    Or are you expecting to 
   register 100s of users, etc ?

 * Im getting the same issue, it seems you are not allowed to have space in the 
   user name.
 * Single word only however even the _ or – doesn’t seem to help.

 * I just did a fresh installation of WordPress. It appears to only affect multisite
   installations.
