added WP Login hide

Hi, about a week or two ago, I added the WP Hide Login plugin. I was away from my desk and I didn’t write down the changes. I am attempting to login and cannot. When I put in my email, it says I have no account. Have I been hacked? How can I go about retrieving my details?
