 * Hello,
 * I followed the instructions for adding a [CSV download button](https://xnau.com/adding-a-csv-download-button/),
   copying template pdb-list-multisearch.php from its default location, adding your
   code at the bottom of the template, and FTPing it to the location created by
   plugin PDB Custom Templates, but no button appeared.
 * I tried a couple of variations like directly replacing the original template
   and coding with and without the default array, but the results were the same.
   A copy of the modified template is [here](http://alanbaker.net/temp/pdb-list-multisearch.php).
   Can you give me a clue?

 * Firs of all, you must rename the template file because if you use the same name
   as the default, it won’t override the default (this is a glitch with the custom
   template location plugin) so you could do something like name the file “pdb-list-
   multisearch-csv.php” then use “tempalte=multisearch-csv” in your shortcode.
 * Beyond that, it’s very difficult for me to provide you with specific help for
   this. I can’t view the .php file you linked.

 * Thank you, Roland. I used a different template name and everything worked thereafter.
   It might help others if this can be added to the doc at [https://xnau.com/adding-a-csv-download-button/](https://xnau.com/adding-a-csv-download-button/)
