Adding a hyperlink to a category page title

    I need to be able to link text in what I think may be coded text. I am a newbie and have never done coding before so I am hoping someone can dumb this down for me:).

    Please go to http://www.OaklandCountyMoms.com. Go to the Oakland County tab on the nav bar. Drop it down and select “Birthday Parties – Sponsored by Paradise Park”

    When you get to this page, you will see black text at the top of the page with four little black squares to the left of it. The text reads ‘Posts filed under “Birthday Parties – Sponsored by Paradise Park”‘ Can anyone explain how I could hyperlink the words “Paradise Park” in this text?
