 * Yes now its working. But i had also contacted server support for the issue.
 * Can u tell me how has this been resolved?

 * Then i guess it is an issue with your theme… can you check your functions.php?
   or else please provide me admin access. So that i will check.

   missed this but **stop asking for access to anyone’s site.** That’s not safe 
   and if anyone accepts that then they are letting a random stranger get access
   to their site.
