# Adding a SimpleViewer Gallery

 * Hi all, I’ve installed SimpleViewer and can get a blank gallery to appear on 
   my site but cant get images to show up in the gallery frame.
 * So, SimpleViewer [says](http://www.simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/support/wp-simpleviewer/)
   _to add a gallery to a page_, click the “eye” icon and and choose the options
   you desire inthe pop-up window. It then inserts the code into the text body of
   the page, something like:
 * `[simpleviewer gallery_id="4" bgcolor="ffffff" gallery_width ="100%" gallery_height
   ="600"]`
 * All good; this gives me a blank gallery to add images to.
 * The part I get lost on is adding the images. How do I do this? Their instructions
   dont make sense. The Add Image button on the page just adds the images above 
   the SV gallery.
 * Also, how do you add captions to each image?
 * Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
