# Adding account doesn’t work

 * Hi,
 * I’m doing some work for a friend on her wordpress blog, I can’t seem to add her
   account. With mine it works, but with hers not at all, even with the token code.
   
   What’s going on? What should I do?
 * Both our accounts are business profiles on IG.

 * After clicking the Add Account button the page reloads several times and the 
   account does not appear? Can you send a link to your account?

 * Yes I am. On both my wordpress websites it doesn’t work with her account, but
   with mine it’s working on both websites.
