# Adding anchor text help!

 * Is there a fast way to add anchor text? I am new to WP.
 * Also, I clicked add an image and was trying to add an image from my main domain(
   blog is located on subdomain) and it wouldn’t let me- gave the red x. Anyone 
   know why?
 * Using theme twenty ten 1.2.

 * Type in the link text, highlight the text, select the Link button, type the link
   url into the popup and select OK.

 * On that other issue, I really can’t figure it out. I used the full url. Only 
   thing I can think is that it is from the same domain, and the title of the url
   add function says something to the effect of: link to a page on a different site.
 * Maybe you cannot do this? Or if someone knows it can be done I’ll keep trying.
   We often link to our own domain pages, because it’s relevant to blog post. I 
   guess I can do the same thing manually, but using the funciton would be a lot
   easier!
