 * Hello,
    How to add a new capability? I try to add capability to access to contact
   form 7 and ninjaform but i dont know how to get the “ID?”

 * There is no need to create new capability. These plugins use the existing capabilities:
 * CF7 uses these capabilities:
    – ‘Contact (Contact Forms’: edit_posts; – ‘Add 
   New’: publish_pages; – ‘Integration’: manage_options.
 * Ninja Forms uses ‘manage_options’ for all its’ menu items.
