Adding checkboxes for different list in form

    Hi,
    I love the plugin but my site has expanded it into 3 different groups. I have a simple sign up for our newsletter contact form but was hoping that people could select which group they want to receive news from. Is there a way to add checkboxes and have their emails go to certain mailchimp lists? Thanks for the help!
