Adding Color Picker To WordPress Theme Panel

Hi i created options page in admin panel i created input, upload and text area fields but now i want add color picker to my options page but i can’t do this. i want add this color picker in this site http://eyecon.ro/colorpicker please help me

1- how i can register the colorpicker.js file within my options page (i used class php to create my options page)

2- how add color picker to any text fields if i want ?
