# Adding Comments to RustAsides?

 * Well i was successfully was able to add smileys to RustAsides plugin and now 
   am wondering if it is possible to add comments?
 * The question has been given to the author, but he has not replied.
 * If anyone has any idea how to code this , then please just provide the code, 
   I will do the testing to ensure that it is working.

 * Since RustAsides just uses custom fields for the aside “posts”, coding in comments
   for it would be quite a bit of work (unless you’re prepared to hijack comments
   of the post an aside is linked to…). If you need comments on your asides, you
   may want to look at one of the “asides as category” solutions, such as:

 * Sorry Poon, I never received any question about adding comments to the asides.
 * Kafkaesqui has it right though – my plugin works off the custom fields and are
   tied specifically to the post they’re added to. There is no easy way to add commenting
   to them.
 * I’ve actually been looking at the MiniBlog plugin lately to handle asides on 
   my site.
