# Adding Contact Form

 * I am looking for documentation on how to set up a contact form like the one in
   the Contact page template. After loading the Contact page template the form doesn’t
   show.

 * Are you referring to the Template Kit? If so, we have created a video demonstrating
   how we add a Contact Form in the link below. For example, we use the Cryptiva
   Template Kit from Jegtheme.

 * In the Cryptiva Template Kit, the Contact Us page utilizes a form from Metform
   by Wpmet. Please ensure that the Template Kit you are using also includes the
   same form feature (Metform).
 * For further details, you may directly contact the author of the Template Kit 
   you purchased. They should be able to guide you on how to import a template along
   with a form.
