# Adding Contributer Post, Conditions

 * I’ve got a blog that I allow registered users to post their own content. The 
   blog has a very limited genre (free website traffic), but due to that genre, 
   I get a lot of people trying to post completely unrelated spam. I’ve got it set
   to where I have to moderate it first, so nothing gets through, it’s just more
   annoying than anything.
 * Are there any plugins out there that would allow me to add some sort of message
   in the write post panel? That way, I can add some terms and conditions and let
   people know that their post will be deleted if it’s off topic. I know this won’t
   stop all of such posts, but I’m hopping that it will decrease their frequency
   and let people know exactly why they are able to write posts.
 * Even if I could just add some text near the top of the panel, that would be great.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.
