Adding Custom Quicktag Buttons in WP2

    Hello,

    I had figured out how to add custom quicktag buttons in WP1.5 but cannot figure out what files that I need to edit to do it in WP2.

    Also, I have tried Khanh’s Content Adder and been unsuccessful in figuring it out … does anyone use it and can explain how to get it to work?
