 * I’ve had issues with this plugin synching in the past but I’ve come back to see
   if I can get this working since this is the only plugin that seems to pull over
   revenue. Is there any way to not have to sync the entire customer base from WooCommerce
   and simply start from the present? We do not want thousands and thousands of
   contacts / customer orders filling up the MailChimp contact list. Up until now,
   we have been manually pulling customers over from WooCommerce into Mailchimp
   and many of these customers from the beginning of time have either bounced or
   unsubscribed so we do not want to pull them back into the list.
 * Thank you for any help you can provide

 * Hi [@sarah1104](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sarah1104/), out of the box,
   the plugin is designed to sync all customers and orders. The thinking behind
   that feature set is that you can use that information to market to all your customers,
   not just the new ones coming in after install.
 * With that said, I realize that may not quite fit your current requirements, but
   you could simply delete those customers you don’t want after the initial sync.
   You could sort by the last purchase date or something similar to quickly identify
   and remove customers you don’t want in the Audience. From there, new contacts
   would be added with their purchase data business as usual.
 * Hope that helps, thank you for trying out the plugin again!

 * Ah, okay! That could work. Thank you! Last time, because of how large the store
   is, the sync kept getting stuck. It is now syncing – currently at 135 / 6500.
   If it does get stuck, can you assist with this?
 * Thanks for the quick response!

 * Sure thing [@sarah1104](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sarah1104/), reach
   out anytime if you have trouble with the sync. Our latest plugin (v2.3) at the
   time of this post has a new queuing system that plays nicer with some hosting
   environments that had trouble previously. If your counts are moving currently,
   you should be totally fine, but again, don’t hesitate to reach out if something
   unusual comes up.

 * Hi there, the sync seems to be stuck at 856 / 6500. Is there anything that can
   push it more quickly to the finish line? It was at 853 yesterday afternoon.
 * Thank you for the assistance.

 * Hi [@sarah1104](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sarah1104/), is the sync
   still at 856? If so, who is your hosting provider?

 * Thank you [@sarah1104](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sarah1104/), would
   you mind sharing the store URL? Also, do you see any errors in the logs?

 * Sure – tyemedical.com
 * Also, I don’t see any errors – it’s just simply stopped with the sync. I do see
   the latest 2 contacts that were pulled in were ones who just purchased in the
   last few hours.

 * That’s strange; if the sync were being impacted negatively, it would usually
   show some logs containing details on why things are failing i.e. API errors.
 * I just set up something on my side to see if the syncing would start again, can
   you check to see if anything changed? If not, I will engage our 2nd tier support.

 * Is there any way I can send this log over to you out of this thread? It looks
   like there may be a few errors from yesterday, but I’m not sure what I’m looking
   at.

 * Sure thing [@sarah1104](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sarah1104/), please
   send to kyle[at]vextras.com and we’ll take a look. Has the count incremented
   since we’ve been troubleshooting?

 * Thank you [@khungate](https://wordpress.org/support/users/khungate/). And no,
   we are still sitting at 858. I’ll shoot you at email now.
 * Thanks for the assistance!
