 * Hi folks,
 * I’ve been looking for a long time for a method to add a drop down menu to the
   Visual Editor (TinyMCE) to allow a number of things to be added to the the content.
   I’ve checked the forums here and looked at various posts, yet none of them seem
   to cover this function.
 * The only thing close is the plugin Adsense Deluxe, however the code included
   in that no longer works. Everything else is geared towards adding buttons only.
   Adding a number of buttons would be an option but the code available seems to
   involve adding additional libraries with the plugin.
 * Are there no straightforward plugin hooks to add / remove buttons? Tutorials/
   guides/documentation would be much appreciated – I can find none. Seriously,
   if I get this working I’m writing it out!
 * Thanks,
