    Trying to add existing users and i get an error saying the customer need billing email address.

    Riojjacob,

    Thank you for reaching out to the support forum.

    If you attempt to add a Customer User on an Order & receive the error message:

    Update customer info (require billing email address)

    Let us clarify the error message. The error message is occurring because the customer is missing other billing information. Please update the existing customer user to include Billing Address and Billing Number. After all the additional Billing information is added, you will be able to successfully add the customer user into a POS order transaction.
