Adding extents control to short codes

Thanks for the great plugin.
I’ve been using it to help with a webpage I’m working on.
One issue I noted though is that the extents feature that was added with 4.1 of the plugin is not yet exported with the short code generator. I need this as I need to reset the view after some playing around.
Anyway – I’ve created a patch with the changes needed to get this to work. I’m not sure how to commit changes – committing via svn was blocked for me.
