 * Im trying to add my first RSS feed to my blog, found here:
    [http://z.about.com/6/o/m/mensfashion_p.xml](http://z.about.com/6/o/m/mensfashion_p.xml)
 * I cant figure out how to get it into my blog. Can anyone give me some steps please?
   These help pages are comfusing.
