Adding files from a different server

    Hi all!

    I have a file which is stored on a different server and I would like the gallery thumbnail to reference the URL on that server.

    The reason for this is that the URL on the separate server uses a mechanism for counting downloads and we would like to count downloads coming from our wordpress site as well.

    Any info on the possibility of configuring a custom URL for the file download?

    To make myself clear – I want to change the attachment file url of my file, but that field is disabled in the edit attachment form.
