 * How do we add the header/banner you show in your example? I am not seeing that
   as an option within this them?
 * In your example there is a big banner/background before products.

 * You must create static page and choose inside Settings > Reading. See reference

 * And then set feature image on your homepage.

 * Thank you for your response. I have set a static front page and also set a featured
   image within that page. It did not work. I have gone through all features on 
   the site and am still struggling to find any option to add the banner in the 
   example.
