# Adding hooks

 * Hey there,
 * Really loving the plugin so far! We could really use the ability to modify some
   functionality of the plugin, though – specifically, we are requiring our users
   to register for a meeting before being able to submit an abstract for the meeting.
 * is there a way a hook could be added to wpabstracts_dashboard_header (or where
   you feel appropriate) that would allow us to override the function to first check
   if they’ve registered for the meeting?

    That’s a great suggestion (and a few other users asked the same).
   I will certainly consider adding that ability to the coming releases.
