# Adding Image and Tag Problem #WordPress 4.0

 * Since updating to wordpress 4.0 , adding image and tag haven’t been working. 
   When i clicked ‘ Add Media’ button, nothing happened. And i write tag text and
   i click ‘add’ button, again nothing happened. And again i click add link button,
   same result. But i can use bold, italic etc. text options.
 * I have deactived all plugings but same problem is going on. I use these plugins:
 * Anti-spam by CleanTalk
    Contact Form 7 Google XML Sitemaps jQuery Updater Use
   Google Libraries User Avatar WordPress Ping Optimizer WordPress SEO WP Fastest
   Cache

 * I just updated my WordPress to 4.0 two days ago and everything is okay.
    Have
   you tried clearing the cache of your browser or using another browser for this?

 * Yes, i have tried it with a lot of browsers and computers. But problem isn’t 
   it in my opinion.

 * If you are using a default theme and not a customized one, can you try to use
   for example theme 2013?
 * Also try solutions on this post, seems like this update is causing many problems.

 * It can be a jquery or ajax problem. Because, when i click the “add media” button,
   it send me to same page(adding # symbol to normal link adress). Also when i try
   adding tag, same result. So ajax window for adding image or link is not opened.
 * I can’t try another theme now, we have a lot of visitors on site. But i will 
   try at midnight, thanks.
