Adding Link to header info

Hi everyone,
My website is http://www.onelifeonechance.ca
On the top right you see there is a phone number, and an email address. I simply want it so that when they click on the email address, it opens up the email program.

I have looked and looked, and I cannot find where to make this change.
My website is using the “Charity Hub” theme, if that helps.

Any help would be great!
