Adding Margin to Content Page

Hi: I would like to add left and right margin to my content and pages so that the margin on both sides is 450p (the text box would then be 900p; the overall width is 1200). I tried to locate this in the css style sheet… but I have never adjusted code before. Thank you for your help. My site is: http://www.ameliajmoore.com
