# Adding multiple items to a box

 * Currently, we can only add a single item to a shipment (package) at a time. Is
   there a setting we are missing that will help us to assign multiple items to 
   a package at one time?

 * As a first step, can you please check if the box sizes are configured on your
   settings? More info is below:

 * Also, to help us investigate, can you provide _**screenshots**_ of your shipping
   configuration?
 * Please navigate to **_WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping_** and provide us a screenshot
   of what you see? That will give us a better idea.
 * Can you please access your **_primary shipping zone_**, access the shipping method
   you’ve configured for it (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), click on edit that shipping
   method, and please provide us a screenshot of the settings related to that specific
   shipping method? You can send multiple screenshots if needed, [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io)
