adding next arrow for multiple photos

hi i was just wondering is it possible to add a next arrow and a back arrow for multiple photos as it seems to only work with one image at a time. so you have to click on one photo to view in the lightbox but you have to press escape and click on the other photo to view in the lightbox rather than saying photo 1 of 3 and clicking the next arrow in the lightbox saying phot 2 of 3 etc.
