# adding plugin button to dashboard

 * I have contacted support regarding my misisng plugin button from the dashboard
 * The response I was given is as follows:
 * **3.You have full admin rights to the control panel and are not limited in any
   way. To install a plugin, select plugins from the left menu, then ‘add new’. 
   this will open the repository and you can select any one you like to install.**
 * After logging on I am still unable to view the button or install plugins
 * please advise If i am able to add this button. after several hours of going in
   circles I decided to join the forum. i am using ‘billie’ 4.3
 * Please advise. -Kim

 * can you login to the dashboard to see the USERS section?
    is your user name set
   up with ADMINISTRATOR?
 * do you see the section on the left side of of the dashboard the has the word 
   PLUGINS?

 * the dashboard does not have the USERS section
    i am not sure of my rights however
   the email stated i have ‘full admin rights’ on the left section of the dashboard
   the word PLUGINS is not appearing.

 * if you are unable to see USERS and PLUGINS, it sounds like you might not be setup
   as an ADMINISTRATOR. Can you see the area called APPEARANCE? Can you access WIDGETS
   or the CUSTOMIZER?
