 * Hey All,
 * New to WordPress! I am trying to activate the “Add Plugin” option under “Appearance”
   tab.
 * Is this the correct article i should be following:
 * [http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network](http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network)
 * and if so, the Step 2 is as far as I can go lol.
 * Any suggestions?
