# Adding search functionality to mobile menu

 * I’ve tried a few different methods to get search functionality to appear on my
   mobile burger menu to no avail.

 * Not really sure why it’s disappearing on mobile in the first place, is this the
   default behaviour? My search icon displays on desktop as normal.

 * Can you confirm that the navigation search option is activated in the customizer?

 * That option will work for both desktop and mobile.
 * If it still doesn’t show on mobile, please disable all plugins and custom CSS
   to eliminate conflicts from elsewhere.
