# Adding slides to widget?

 * I want to place meteor slides widget in widget area of my page and wonder how
   do I place slides into a widget? There is no setup area in the widget itself 
   and it seems that slides setup refers to the plugin only.

 * The slideshow widget works just like the template tag and shortcode, you use 
   that to add a slideshow to a widget area, but you don’t manage the slides through
   the widget.
 * Create the slide posts in the Slides menu, and then add the slideshow widget 
   to a sidebar and they will show up. If you have multiple slideshows, you can 
   select one from a dropdown in the widget.
