 * I am having trouble importing users…
 * When I try to import, it’s not importing all of the students. I have purchased
   the add on and I’m using a csv.
 * Also, it’s not showing the student telephone numbers in the classes… but it is
   on their profile. It’s also not importing parents details.
 * It’s very frustrating as I need to get it working.

 * Hello, first you need to check the details of CSV sample file and also parent
   detaisl which you filled up which is siilar to Saple CSV file which work with
   plugin or not after try to import.
