Adding Subject Variables for ClickUP

    I want to have the form send the notification to ClickUP email address – it works fine except for the variables in the subject line.

    ClickUp says to add the varriables like this
    Subject: Form#{submission_id} <due Tomorrow> <assign [email protected]>

    The notification goes through but it seems to completely ignore sending the variables between the <>

    Is there a way to get it to include these?
