Adding to Genesis Core settings page?

Are there plans on adding this directly to Genesis Core theme settings?
As it seems like a natural step to make.

Or adding an optional settings area that opens like an accordion.

What is the URL for thoughts/features that are being worked on for the next version of Genesis?
