 * Is there a published list of options that can be used with the Additional Attributes
   fields in the Advanced section of a form field? So far, the only thing I can 
   get to work is maxlength. What I’d really like is an option that forces the input
   to be in all caps (eg css text-transform:uppercase;)

 * Dear friend, you can use any attribute there.
 * To force the users to write uppercase letters, you can also use our Regular expression
   section, please see the screenshot [https://nimb.ws/DxzJFO](https://nimb.ws/DxzJFO).
 * This will prevent the form to be submitted until the user enters uppercase letters.
