 * firstly, thanks very much for such a simple, uncomplicated and elegant plugin
   that just gets the job done!!
 * Saying that, can I request a feature?
    As well as the 3 button style options (
   none, wordpess, bootstrap) can I also have a textbox so I can enter the custom
   the class(es) to be added to the buttons? Perhaps if the button option is none
   then the classes text is inserted directly into each buttons class attribute.
 * I have some CSS hovering and transitions on buttons so would like to add the 
   relevant classes to the buttons in the cooker banner as well.
 * for example:

 * I’ve actually done the changes needed as I needed them for a client. I’ve contacted
   you via github. (about 5 lines changed so not really a big deal!)
